Is there any limit to the number of genomes I can analyse using xBASE?

There is no defined limit as to the number of genomes or the size of data you can upload into xBASE. In practice this is likely to be limited by your time and network connection.

However, if we do see that a user is using a disproportionate amount of resources which could affect service for others we may get in contact with you to figure out a way forward.
